These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Las Vegas Engine Lab website and online store (the “Site”) and any purchases or bookings you make with us.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Site or its security

  • Use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content

  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect data without permission

We may restrict or terminate access to anyone who violates these Terms.

2. Online Store & Services

Our Site allows you to:

  • Book engine tear-down services

  • Pay deposits or balances related to engine work

  • Contact us and submit vehicle/engine details

All services are subject to availability and our acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse any order or booking at our discretion (for example, if the engine is outside our supported platforms or there are safety concerns).

3. Pricing & Information

We strive to keep all information accurate, but:

  • Prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice.

  • We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions.

  • In the event of an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel or refuse an order and will refund any amount you have paid.

Engine tear-down pricing, rebuild estimates, deposits, and related conditions are further described in our Warranty & Terms page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Payments

All payments made through the Site must be:

  • Authorized by the cardholder or account holder

  • Made via our accepted payment methods

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Tear-down fees are non-refundable once the tear-down has begun.

  • Rebuild deposits are subject to the conditions in our Warranty & Terms page.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. We may or may not be able to accommodate changes depending on work in progress.

Any refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method, subject to payment processor timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—logos, text, graphics, photos, videos, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Vegas Engine Lab and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content from the Site without our permission

  • Use our name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement without consent

7. Third-Party Services & Links

Our Site may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors, hosting providers, freight companies, or social media platforms).

We are not responsible for:

  • The content, policies, or practices of these third parties

  • Any issues or damages arising from your use of those services

  • Loss of use, loss of income, or loss of data

  • Costs related to towing, rental vehicles, track fees, or similar expenses

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service or order at issue.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where applicable, these limitations apply to the maximum extent allowed by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vegas Engine Lab and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

  • Your misuse of the Site

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Nevada, unless otherwise required by law.
